Accounting & Reporting Specialist – International Subsidiaries

About the role

Otokoç Otomotiv is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Specialist to support its international subsidiaries. The role sits in the Central Financial Control Department and bridges subsidiary accounting systems with group reporting, contributing to the monthly consolidation process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic control of trial balances for subsidiaries and identify required journal entries and adjustments.
• Control and review financial statements of subsidiaries prepared in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure consistency and reconciliation between subsidiary SAP Business One data and group reporting on SAP S/4HANA.
• Support the preparation of group consolidation reports and provide analytical inputs.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and staying updated on accounting standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP Business One.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
