Ad Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join Amazon Ads and help advertisers reach millions of customers across Amazon.com and partner sites. As an Ad Sales Account Manager you will partner with advertisers to develop data‑driven campaigns that meet their business goals while driving revenue for Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Use Amazon Ads full‑funnel products and measurement tools to create tailored proposals.
• Own the end‑to‑end account management process for medium to large advertisers.
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets for your assigned book of business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design annual brand and media strategies.
• Develop audience targeting recommendations and campaign strategies.
• Perform deep data reviews and deliver actionable short‑ and long‑term recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and educate advertisers on metrics and trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to interpret data and drive revenue results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
