Ad Sales Senior Manager / Director

About the role
GingerLive is looking for an experienced Ad Sales Senior Manager or Director to drive revenue by acquiring brand and agency clients for live‑stream advertising on platforms such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube and TikTok Live.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and present GingerLive’s advertising solutions to prospects.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to align client needs with platform capabilities.
- Track sales metrics, report activity and suggest strategy improvements.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in ad sales, media buying or related fields.
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification and closing abilities.
- Interest or experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing or live streaming.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with CRM experience for pipeline management and reporting.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
