Advocacy & Influence Manager, Luxe Division

About the role

The Advocacy & Influence Manager will lead the Luxe Division’s influencer strategy, driving high‑impact campaigns, ensuring brand safety, and delivering measurable ROI across multiple luxury beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement division‑wide KPI ambitions and frame the influencer strategy.
• Drive agency success, streamline reporting, and maintain alignment with multi‑division objectives.
• Generate audience insights through collaborations with internal teams and external partners.
• Own relationships with key agencies, monitoring tools, and platform providers.
• Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media for influencer content.
• Identify and adopt new media formats and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and enforce standards for content quality, brand safety, and compliance.
• Upskill division teams and facilitate best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital communications, influencer management, content production, or content marketing.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Consumer‑centric mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ambitious, confident, and proactive in taking initiative.
