About the role

A leading plastic surgery clinic in Istanbul is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Aftercare Specialist. The role supports patients during their recovery, giving them the guidance and reassurance needed for a positive post-surgery experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients after surgery, guiding and reassuring them through recovery.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations, in person and remotely, to monitor progress and address concerns.
  • Educate patients on post-operative care, including wound care, medication schedules and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records so the medical team stays informed.
  • Foster a supportive, empathetic relationship with each patient.

Required profile

  • Experience in patient care or a similar healthcare-related role.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Residence in Anatolian Side / Istanbul.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
