About the role
We are looking for an AI Developer to build predictive models and AI‑powered automations that drive personalization, churn prevention, pricing and campaign optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for personalization, churn prevention, pricing and campaign optimization.
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other controlled experiments.
- Analyze large‑scale datasets to uncover user behavior patterns and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with data engineers to deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
- Design and implement AI‑powered workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or a related field.
- Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling and experience with recommendation systems, clustering or time‑series forecasting.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Python (including Pandas, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
- SQL.
