About the role
Join the innovative AI & Data Science Team at TEB Arf in Istanbul and help shape the future of conversational AI as a fresh graduate.
Key responsibilities
- Develop advanced AI products with a focus on Generative AI.
- Deliver high‑quality, context‑aware conversational experiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into cutting‑edge conversational AI solutions.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in Conversational AI, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Ensure security and privacy of user data throughout development and deployment.
Required profile
- Recently graduated or about to graduate in Computer/Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Enjoy building AI solutions and thinking analytically.
- Committed to continuous learning and confident communication in English.
- Open to new technologies and view AI as a tool for better products.
