About the role

Join TELUS Digital Turkey, a leader in the CX (Customer Experience) sector, as a German‑speaking Sales Representative for our Digital TV broadcasting project. You will engage existing and passive customers through outbound calls, managing subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and presenting offers for our technological devices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current or potential customers to promote subscription, renewal, and upgrade services.
• Present and negotiate offers for the brand’s technological devices and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• Residency in Istanbul.
• Advanced German proficiency (preferably lived in Germany).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in a sales team or a keen interest in sales.
• Team‑player mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Fluent German (written and spoken).
