Pozisyon Hakkında

Almanca bilen ve turizm sektöründe deneyimli bir danışman arıyoruz. Pozisyon tamamen evden çalışmayı (Home Office) kapsamaktadır.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Almanca gelen çağrı, chat ve e‑postaları yanıtlamak
Paket tur, uçuş, otel, sigorta gibi konularda bilgi sağlamak
Rezervasyon, değişiklik ve iptal işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek
Müşteri şikayet ve taleplerine çözüm sunmak

Chat, çağrı ve e‑posta kanallarında güçlü iletişim
