Application Support Specialist

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technical support to hotel teams, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network systems.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues promptly for hotel staff.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests in line with service level agreements.
• Support installation and configuration of new hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Assist in user training and create documentation for technology usage.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and aid in procurement of hardware and software.
• Stay updated on IT trends and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
