Hospitality Application Support Specialist

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Hospitality Application Support Specialist to join its IT team in Beşiktaş. The role suits Front Office team members and professionals with hospitality operations experience, and focuses on supporting hotel teams with software and system issues while collaborating with the IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests, following service level agreements and delivering good customer service.
• Assist in user training and documentation so hotel staff use technology proficiently.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and enhancements, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and help procure hardware and software resources.
• Stay up to date with IT trends and recommend improvements and optimisations.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in a hotel environment, preferably in Front Office Operations.
• Good to have: practical experience with EMMA and knowledge of RHG operational processes.
• Experience providing end-user support, training or system guidance in hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Native-level Turkish and professional written and spoken English.
