Arabic Speaking Project Manager (Hybrid, Istanbul)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Project Manager to lead a multi‑workstream digital transformation programme in Istanbul. The role is hybrid and client‑facing, requiring coordination of business analysts, a distributed development team and an external solution provider across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, milestones and delivery schedule across all workstreams.
• Lead delivery cadence, including status meetings, steering updates and action tracking.
• Coordinate Business Analysts and consolidate progress into a single project view.
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, the solution provider and development teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Maintain the RAID log and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Oversee integrated testing, UAT readiness and defect resolution.
• Prepare and present clear project status reports to the client.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 7 years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise digital transformation or application delivery projects.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and distributed teams.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and travelling frequently to the Middle East.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
