Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Marketing Manager in shaping and executing the brand strategy and integrated communication initiatives for SuperFresh, Turkey’s leading frozen food brand.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to brand strategy development and annual planning, and support integrated marketing and communication plans.
• Monitor consumer, category, competition and cultural trends using Nielsen, Household Panel and Brand Health Tracking, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end advertising campaigns, including creative development, media planning, buying, production and rollout with internal teams and agency partners.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and identify new ways of working for the brand.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and workflows with creative, media, digital, PR and ATL agencies.
• Prepare strategic presentations, communication materials and management reports, ensuring timelines, budgets and procurement processes are followed.
• Analyze campaign performance, report results and develop recommendations for future brand and communication strategies.
• Support corporate communication, sustainability and social impact projects aligned with the brand’s positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, strategy or communications, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into consumer and category insights.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.

Required skills

• Experience with Household Panel, Brand Health Tracking and Nielsen research tools.
• Knowledge of ATL campaign planning, media buying and creative production processes.
• Agency management, project coordination and budget tracking.
• Effective presentation, storytelling and influencing abilities.
