Audit Senior – Istanbul

About the role

KPMG is seeking an Audit Senior to join its Istanbul office. The role involves leading audit engagements, managing project timelines, and delivering high‑quality audit reports for clients. You will work within a collaborative team and act as an ambassador for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and project‑manage all aspects of audit engagements.
• Assist in budgeting and monitor the financial performance of projects to optimise profitability.
• Lead on‑site audit teams and report directly to the engagement manager.
• Build strong relationships with client staff and represent KPMG professionally.
• Prepare audit committee and management reports.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate KPMG’s services.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience.
• Fluency in English.
• SMMM qualification is an asset.
• Strong analytical and process‑analysis abilities.
• Ability to take responsibility, manage priorities and delegate tasks.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Project management and supervisory capabilities.
