B2B Key Account Manager (Direct)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven B2B Key Account Manager to own the sales of Continuous Feed and Sheetfed inkjet presses and related software. The role requires a collaborative mindset, a willingness to try new approaches, and the ability to view business from the customer’s perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
• Achieve the sell‑on sales budget and perform follow‑up actions to meet targets.
• Analyze the current customer portfolio to improve performance, maintain relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse account data to optimise performance and generate growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits and manage the sales process end‑to‑end.
• Perform inventory analysis and take actions to maintain healthy sell‑out levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international sales environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and collaborative team player.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet tools.
