Banquet Attendant – Guest‑Facing Food & Beverage Role

About the role

Join a hotel that is part of the Accor network and become a Banquet Attendant, where you will help create unforgettable moments for guests during special events. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure every banquet runs smoothly and guests feel welcomed.

Key responsibilities

• Explain the banquet menu to guests, assist with special dietary needs, and recommend suitable beverages.
• Set up rooms and function areas, clear and reset tables, and keep service areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Professional, welcoming attitude with a focus on anticipating guest needs.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
