Bilingual Case Manager (Turkish/English)

About the role

MC Law Firm is looking for a bilingual Case Manager to handle client intake, follow‑up, onboarding, and administrative case support. The role involves clear communication, organization, and assisting clients through the firm’s processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and message‑based client intakes in Turkish and English, gather background information, and coordinate consultations.
• Explain intake and onboarding procedures, answer administrative questions, and direct legal queries to attorneys.
• Enter and update client data in the CRM, maintain accurate notes, and track follow‑ups and tasks.
• Collect required documents, follow up on missing items, and keep organized case files.
• Communicate updates to attorneys and support staff, flag urgent issues, and ensure timely escalation.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong, professional communication skills with patience and discretion.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries.
• Comfort with computers, email, online communication tools, and document systems.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or similar record‑keeping systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software and internet tools.
