About the role

Join Concentrix as a bilingual Customer Advisor working from home. You will support customers of a leading global tech company, delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support in German and English for tech products and services.
Resolve issues related to smartphones, tablets, computers and other devices.

Required profile

Minimum high‑school diploma.
At least B2 level in written and spoken English and fluent German.
Strong communication, social intelligence and resilience.
Passion for professional customer care.

Required skills

User‑level knowledge of computers, tablets and smartphones.
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
