Bilingual Marketing Consultant – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Consultant to train and evaluate AI chatbots in English and Turkish. You will create and test conversational scenarios, measure model progress, and help improve the quality of AI-driven marketing interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design diverse, complex bilingual tasks for AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, evaluate logical consistency, and identify performance gaps.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Document evaluation results and suggest enhancements for future training cycles.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Only candidates residing in Turkey will be considered.
