Brand Professional - Trendyol Luxe

About the role

Trendyol Growth defines and runs the end-to-end Luxe communication strategy and brand positioning, driving 360-degree campaigns across all touchpoints. The Brand Professional oversees media planning and agency execution across ATL and BTL channels, coordinates cross-functional work across digital, influencer, CRM and marketplace teams, and governs visual and content quality on the app and web.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360-degree communication aligned with the brand marketing strategy, overseeing media planning and agency execution (ATL and BTL)
• Define the end-to-end Luxe communication strategy, brand positioning and Brand House guidelines
• Manage daily content planning, tracking and reporting, and organize contracts, payments, timelines and deliverables with agencies
• Monitor trends, industries and markets, and prepare competitive analysis locally and globally
• Own all visual materials on the Trendyol app and website, improve them and coordinate cross-functional execution across media, digital, influencer and CRM channels
• Meet the visual and content needs of product, marketplace and other teams, and deliver detailed post-campaign performance reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics or a related field
• At least 6 years of brand management experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, banking/finance or fashion, preferably in an international setting
• Previous project management experience
• Data-driven, analytical and strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation and conflict-management skills
