Business Development Manager

About the role

Capalo AI is seeking a driven, sales‑oriented Business Development Manager to introduce its AI‑powered virtual power plant platform, Capalo Zeus VPP™, to new customers in Turkey. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through the commercial journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify promising business opportunities and potential customers across Turkey.
• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach and confident pitching.
• Learn about each customer's business, priorities and challenges.
• Explain how Capalo Zeus VPP™ can create value based on the customer's specific needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to contract execution.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.

Required profile

• Interest in the energy sector and a sales‑first mindset.
• 1–3 years of experience developing new business and building B2B customer relationships.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel for energy events across Turkey and occasional visits to Helsinki.
• Structured and reliable approach to managing a sales pipeline.
