Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative joins the sales organisation in Istanbul, driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth for Nobel Biocare. The role focuses on prospect identification, lead generation, and building strategic relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Execute individual business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics (public and private), laboratories, and key decision‑makers.
• Promote and sell the full product portfolio, including company training programmes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and hands‑on demonstrations to educate customers.
• Provide technical, informational, and promotional support in collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives and drive growth.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and personal skills through regular training and assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven sales and business development experience in the dental, medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tracking tools.
