Buyer (Non‑Standard) – Fashion Retail

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a Buyer (Non‑Standard) to lead product strategy for fashion items across multiple markets. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of product groups, from sourcing to buying, ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and buying activities across global supply countries such as Turkey, the Far East and Egypt.
• Deliver on budget, margin, GMROII, on‑time delivery, sell‑through and overall customer satisfaction targets.
• Support omnichannel growth, including e‑commerce, while maintaining cost, quality and speed balances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product assortments with brand direction and financial goals.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in buying or merchandising within fashion retail.
• Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven results in international sourcing and supplier management.
• Fluent English and ability to work confidently in an international business environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
