International Sales Representative – India Market

About the role

Garry Medical, a specialist in professional hair transplantation instruments, is seeking an ambitious International Sales Representative to grow its presence in the Indian market. You will be responsible for building a network of clinics, surgeons and distributors, and driving sales of our medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Garry Medical's customer network across India.
• Establish strong relationships with hair transplant clinics, surgeons, medical distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Present and promote hair transplantation instruments and related medical products.
• Manage communications, quotations, negotiations and sales follow‑ups.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential distribution partners.
• Support the development of long‑term partnerships and increase sales in the Indian market.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in international sales, export sales or business development (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Indian market and business culture.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and motivated to develop new business.
• Comfortable communicating via phone, email, WhatsApp and online meetings.

Required skills

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare or the hair transplantation industry (a plus).
• Knowledge of an additional Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu or Marathi (advantage).
