About the role

As a Call Center & Operations Support Agent, you will join Asis Elektronik's Software Support team to assist customers and field teams on smart transportation and smart city solutions. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop their problem‑solving and communication skills in a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming system issues, diagnose root causes, and provide timely solutions.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product analysts for continuous improvement.
• Support the commissioning of software updates and new product versions.
• Assist field teams during the deployment of new projects.
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Deliver customer training sessions when required.

Required profile

• University graduate (Bachelor’s degree).
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based system and collaborate with global teams.
