About the role
This full-time, on‑site position is based at the Palaia Hotel Datca in Muğla, Turkey. The Certified Massage Therapist delivers high‑quality body and therapeutic massages to hotel guests, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and health‑safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
- Maintain a clean, calming treatment environment and uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate bookings with the wellness and front‑office teams.
- Keep accurate treatment records while preserving guest confidentiality.
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills with clear communication and the ability to create an inclusive guest experience.
- Valid massage therapy certification or license in line with local regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
- Experience in hotel, spa, or wellness settings is preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Therapeutic massage techniques.
- Shiatsu and other body‑massage methods.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and contraindications.
- Basic proficiency with scheduling or booking systems.
