Chief of Staff (Strategy and Operations)

About the role

Codeway, a fast-growing app company with 60+ apps and 400+ employees across Barcelona and Istanbul, is hiring a Chief of Staff (Strategy and Operations) in Istanbul. You will work directly with the Founding Partner and VP, in close contact with the CEO, the vertical leaders and teams across Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Workplace and Brand. The role starts without a team and grows as you do, with the aim of becoming a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan how the company grows and allocates its resources, and help grow and reward the people who move the company forward.
• Help tell the company's story.
• Connect teams, translate between them and help them reach decisions.

Required profile

• A few years of experience in strategy, operations or a CEO's office, ideally in hypergrowth, close enough to a founder or CEO to have owned real outcomes.
• Experience working across countries and cultures; an international team feels like home.
• An analytical approach combined with clear writing, able to have difficult conversations with care and honesty.
• Curious, proactive and able to step into another person's area without stepping on them.
