About the role

Join TikTok LIVE as a Community Operation Manager responsible for building and nurturing Turkish‑speaking creator communities. You will design strategies that boost activity, retain users, and create a safe, engaging environment for live streaming audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community operation strategies to increase user stickiness and growth.
• Recruit target users through online/offline events, social media promotion, and other channels to meet growth targets.
• Maintain daily community order, respond to user inquiries, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Plan and run community activities such as topic discussions, online lectures, skill‑training sessions, and live‑task challenges.
• Collect, organize, and analyze community data (activity, retention, comments) to refine operational plans.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other departments on projects and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community operations.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with community management tools for platforms such as WeChat and QQ.
• Strong data analysis capability to identify problems and opportunities.
• Experience planning events and executing community‑focused campaigns.
