Compliance Specialist (Part-Time)

About the role

HubX, a Turkish app studio that has grown apps used by over 600 million users across 6 continents, is looking for a part-time Compliance Specialist. The role works three days a week and suits fresh graduates or legal interns, as well as candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and classify legal and compliance requests from internal teams and coordinate them with stakeholders.
• Support general legal and regulatory compliance, including product, consumer and HR matters.
• Handle responses to standard user inquiries and escalated support cases.
• Track data subject requests under KVKK and GDPR.
• Help prepare and review basic marketing agreements, NDAs and copyright documents.
• Follow up on open action items and legal or operational deadlines.
• Assist with standard HR documentation and ensure legal and compliance records are organized and audit-ready.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or legal intern willing to commit to three days a week; legal trainees encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in data protection and consumer law; interest in IP, labour or commercial law is a plus.
• Organizational, analytical and follow-up skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude.
