Connected Tax Compliance Associate

About the role

PwC’s Connected Tax Compliance (CTC) team helps clients build future‑ready tax and accounting functions by combining statutory compliance with technology‑enabled solutions. As a CTC Associate you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate tax and accounting delivery while supporting the team’s advisory objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and build solid relationships.
• Maintain statutory books in line with Turkish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Prepare, review and report accounting and tax returns for clients.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely compliance.
• Provide feedback to the team and contribute to effective teamwork.

Required profile

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration or International Relations.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance and management reporting in a multinational, preferably outsourcing, environment.
• Experience with Tax Procedural Law and Turkish GAAP.
• Holding an SMMM certificate or certification in progress is a plus.
• Hands‑on ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Dedicated, team‑oriented personality aligned with PwC standards.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on personal growth.
