Content & Community Lead

About the role

We are building a faith‑tech portfolio and need a visionary to create a self‑sustaining content engine for our flagship Muslim App, which serves around 3 million monthly users. You will design, launch and scale a creator‑driven ecosystem that fuels organic reach and supplies a rich creative library for paid acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of UGC creators using DMs, email outreach, referral loops and community platforms.
• Design creator compensation models (per content, per view, per install) that keep creators productive without constant supervision.
• Launch themed “camp” accounts (daily dua, mom stories, reminders) that generate viral, low‑cost content.
• Set up and run community channels on WhatsApp, Discord and Telegram, turning users into content producers through challenges and campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations across micro, mid and macro tiers and source assets from marketplaces such as Billo and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• Produce baseline creatives with CapCut, Canva and AI video tools when needed.
• Report monthly metrics: number of creatives produced, tests run, performance insights, and cost per usable video.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a high‑volume creator network that delivers authentic video at low cost.
• Deep cultural sensitivity to faith‑based content; ability to research and respect religious nuances.
• Strong command of English for all briefs and creator communications.
• Experience working beyond the Turkish market; global creator outreach is a plus.
