Content Manager – Digital & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Manager to lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of consumer‑facing content across all digital channels. You will ensure a consistent brand experience on Philips.com.tr, e‑commerce platforms, CRM channels, social media and digital campaigns while driving engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual content strategy aligned with business and category goals.
• Build and manage content calendars for product, campaign, promotional, educational and brand assets.
• Lead copywriting, video, visual content, landing pages and rich‑media production.
• Optimise product page content, descriptions, imagery, A+ content and videos for the digital shelf.
• Create and adapt content for CRM journeys, email marketing and loyalty programmes.
• Ensure all content complies with brand, legal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools, track SEO, traffic and conversion metrics, and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Consumer Marketing, E‑Trade, Media, CRM, PR, Sales and external agencies.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability combined with data‑driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of content, SEO, e‑commerce, CRM and digital consumer journeys.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
