Corporate IT Support Specialist II (English Speaker)

About the role

Sovos is building a reliable, secure IT environment for its global team. As a Corporate IT Support Specialist II you will provide advanced end‑user support and hands‑on systems administration, working across Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee systems, applications and devices throughout the full lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, security groups and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), handling authentication, MFA and SSO issues.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, reduce recurring incidents and maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Partner with HR, Security and Compliance on access control, lifecycle management and security audits.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve service delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support and systems administration within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish to support local employees and collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.
