Costing & Change Management Engineer – Bursa

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Costing & Change Management Engineer to join our Bursa site. You will lead site‑level costing activities, support cost consolidation, and manage configuration and change processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, lead and manage site‑level costing activities, coordinating with the Finance Manager for financial consolidation.
• Support site management on target cost, cost consolidation and cost challenges for components and subsystems.
• Assist project teams with costing throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Drive site‑level cost reduction and competitiveness initiatives.
• Provide cost analyses for Make‑or‑Buy decisions and ensure consistency of assumptions.
• Own the end‑to‑end Configuration & Change Management process, ensuring accuracy, traceability and baseline control.
• Maintain project configuration, manage changes and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industrial roles.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong ability to analyse, consolidate and challenge cost data and assumptions.
• Understanding of financial rules related to internal costing and cost monitoring.
