Maintenance Teamleader

About the role

Autoneum is seeking a Maintenance Teamleader to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for its production facilities. You will coordinate maintenance operators, manage shift schedules, and drive continuous improvement in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily, monthly and annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans, including cleaning schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, identify failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor, record and report equipment faults and maintenance activities.
• Analyze machinery efficiency, ensure timely procurement of spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, prepare shift schedules and oversee documentation of all maintenance work.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and update maintenance standards and processes.
• Develop and manage the team’s skills matrix, identify training needs and organise training programmes.
• Track, analyse and report maintenance KPIs, evaluate staff performance and ensure achievement of performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ability to lead continuous‑improvement projects and update processes.
• Experience in monitoring performance indicators and reporting results.
