Creative Strategist – Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Creative Strategist to shape brand and communication strategies for global financial institutions and merchants. You will blend data‑driven insights with creative thinking to deliver forward‑thinking, on‑brand content that supports our clients’ marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand, creative and communication strategies aligned with client goals and data‑informed insights.
• Brief and collaborate with Creative Managers and development teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of strategy.
• Support Creative Managers on smaller projects and lead ideation sessions for larger, strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously, estimating timelines and negotiating deliverables.
• Conduct extensive primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence, analyze categories and consumer behavior.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing, consumer, creative and media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of strategic experience in leading advertising agencies, preferably within a global network.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple creative briefs.
