Creator Manager – TikTok LIVE (Turkey)

About the role

The Creator Manager will join TikTok's LIVE Operations team in Turkey, driving creator relationships, education, and performance on the TikTok LIVE platform. The role focuses on building a vibrant, safe, and engaging live streaming ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with LIVE creators and their management teams.
• Design and deliver systematic education and training programs to help creators understand TikTok’s live functions and policies.
• Develop content strategies and growth paths, monitor live performance, and guide creators to improve data and content quality.
• Handle daily creator operations, provide support, encourage live broadcasts, and conduct weekly/monthly performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm and design creator activities, coordinating platform resources to meet business goals.
• Provide strategic insights and methodological suggestions for TikTok Turkey live creator operations based on MENAT region trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in partnership, content, marketing, or education/training within the internet sector.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.
• Strong business acumen in emerging technology and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
