Customer Experience Consultant (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, build strong customer relationships and work closely with internal teams and global service centers. As a trusted advisor, you combine operational expertise with a commercial mindset to create value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full shipment lifecycle, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish
• Proactively resolve service-related issues and provide timely customer support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and offshore service teams
• Understand customer needs and business drivers to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support commercial growth
• Collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence

Required profile

• Experience in import and/or export operations within the logistics industry
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong commercial focus
• Fluent in both Turkish and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good prioritization and organizational skills
