Customer Service Agent (Turkish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent to represent TIENS in Turkey. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information about our diverse product portfolio and ensuring a smooth experience for both online and offline customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide detailed product and service information in Turkish and English.
• Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Support special customer‑service projects and assist in organizing events, meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Excellent command of Turkish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated team player capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
