Customer Service & Supply Chain Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Representative to act as the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth order processing from quotation to delivery. You will combine front‑office support with back‑office logistics to maintain strong relationships and efficient supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely information to customers before, during and after transactions.
• Manage the full order cycle, including planning, import/export, transit, documentation, sampling, trials and compliance with customer terms.
• Respond to enquiries, forward issues to relevant departments and analyse recurring problems to propose improvements.
• Collaborate with head office, internal stakeholders and customers on order management, sales, purchasing, logistics and account inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in SAP and generate regular reports for business managers and senior leadership.
• Offer backup support to colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, supply‑chain or related trade functions.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; German is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of foreign‑trade payment terms (e.g., letters of credit), customs, import/export regulations and local trade rules.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong command of Outlook and MS Office suite.
