C‑VIP Procurement Executive

About the role

Join the world‑class team at İGA Istanbul Airport as a C‑VIP Procurement Executive. You will work closely with Jetex and other premium partners to source elite products and services that support the airport’s luxury hospitality and aviation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and price research on premium products and luxury hospitality trends.
• Compare supplier prices and costs to ensure elite quality and cost‑efficiency.
• Procure high‑value materials and services under optimal commercial terms.
• Lead high‑level negotiations with top‑tier suppliers.
• Identify terminal needs, issue RFPs, and manage the full purchasing cycle.
• Prepare annual agreements and actively manage contracts.
• Maintain supplier data, proposals, and purchase orders in SAP.
• Control warehouse entries, verify invoice compliance, and secure procurement approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using M‑Files.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
