C‑VIP Reservation Center Agent – Luxury Airport Services

About the role

As a C‑VIP Reservation Center Agent you will be the primary point of contact for VVIP passengers, handling their reservation requests around the clock. You will coordinate all aspects of their airport experience, from private lounge access to apron transfers and personal assistant services.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage VVIP passenger reservation requests 24/7.
• Handle requests received via phone, email, WhatsApp or dedicated CRM systems.
• Organise VIP terminal usage, private lounges, apron transfers, private jet connections, vehicles and personal‑assistant services.
• Prepare customised service plans, update passenger profiles and record all reservations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, solve problems quickly and inform passengers of any last‑minute changes.
• Collect post‑reservation feedback, monitor satisfaction and prepare periodic reports.
• Work closely with VIP service teams, apron operations and private‑transfer teams.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality, aviation or VIP terminals.
• Proven background in VVIP customer relations and personalised service.
• Excellent command of English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Ability to work shift‑based schedules and make rapid, accurate decisions under high stress.
• Strong focus on guest confidentiality and data‑security standards.
• Professional appearance and great attention to diction.
