Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to design, develop and continuously improve business intelligence solutions that support data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role will own end‑to‑end data collection, processing and reporting while ensuring data quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business unit requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical applications using BI platforms.
• Execute data collection, processing and reporting processes efficiently.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency and sustainability across data sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or Decision Support Systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Team player with effective communication abilities.

Required skills

• Python
• SQL
• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Data analysis and data modeling
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake technologies
• Knowledge of AI/ML or advanced analytics (preferred)
• Experience in retail, FMCG or fast‑paced industries (preferred)
