Delivery Manager

About the role

Invent.ai is seeking a Delivery Manager (or Associate Manager) to lead the implementation of AI‑powered inventory, merchandising and pricing solutions for global retail clients. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery processes, collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams, and act as the primary client‑facing liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery adheres to company standards, quality, time and budget goals.
• Lead and nurture a high‑performing consulting team, monitoring and improving performance.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and implementing AI‑augmented workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to support product solution design and implementation.
• Participate in talent recruitment and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years in consultancy with leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise data/analytics/SaaS implementations, preferably in retail planning or merchandising.
• Demonstrated AI maturity at Level 2 or above, with recent multi‑step agentic workflows.
• BS/MS in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management, client collaboration and team‑leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on fluency with Claude (Claude Code, skills, MCP), Cursor or equivalent AI tools.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL; ability to read and edit SQL scripts.
• Experience with BI/query tools and basic knowledge of R or Python.
• Ability to run customer steering committees and defend delivery plans under pressure.
