DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer (Senior/Junior)

About the role

Detera is seeking DevOps & Infrastructure Engineers to join its Istanbul team. You will own the end‑to‑end platform infrastructure, Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and mission‑critical systems, ensuring high availability and disaster‑recovery readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and operate Linux‑based infrastructure and Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.
• Perform incident management, root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning and system optimisation.
• Automate infrastructure and processes using CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with DB, network, security and application teams.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation and handle critical incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Linux administration experience (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift cluster management.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Good understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
