Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to own our social media presence, build structured content calendars, and run paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Telegram platforms. The role combines creative planning with data‑driven optimisation to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content publishing.
• Write clear content briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
• Plan and manage Telegram Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, performance, and conversions.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Research competitors, audiences, trends, and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and sales teams.
• Ensure all content follows the brand’s tone of voice and visual guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience with Telegram Ads.
• Experience creating strategic content calendars.
• Understanding of campaign tracking, pixels, UTMs, and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Farsi.
