About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategist & Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, shaping marketing strategies that drive measurable results. You will collaborate with executive leadership, creative, content, web, and paid‑media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact, building trusted relationships and conducting regular check‑ins.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, content, web, paid media) to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and client requests, flagging risks or scope changes.
• Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and follow‑up actions after client calls.
• Oversee email campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis and produce performance reports for clients and leadership.
• Support sales enablement through strategic planning and tool setup.
• Provide guidance on SEO, social media management, paid digital spend, and web technologies.
• Manage HubSpot CRM to organize client information and support sales and marketing activities.
