Director, B2B Services Development

About the role

The B2B Services Development Director (Senior Managing Consultant) will support awareness and understanding of Mastercard's Services capabilities in the B2B/Commercial area for the EE Division. The role involves market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, knowledge sharing and coordination with regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and communicate insights to regional and global leadership.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities and disseminate information to internal and regional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders and senior client representatives.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective market intelligence sharing and project support.
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality and contribute to market research, industry analysis and benchmarking studies.

Required profile

• Consulting experience from a top‑rated consulting firm or business development experience in data‑driven solutions.
• B2B payments/banking expertise with experience supporting strategic discussions and market analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Turkish.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
