Field Sales Representative

About the role

Arrow Global Components is expanding its presence in Turkey and is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The role combines technical knowledge of electronic components with sales expertise, focusing on solution selling and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts, develop relationships and negotiate at all customer levels.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities through frequent on‑site visits.
• Maximize Arrow’s market share, profitability and design‑in profile.
• Promote Arrow’s top suppliers and sell across the full line‑card.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and Arrow FAEs to create new design opportunities.
• Track competition activity and maintain a clear record of customer development projects.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field, preferably electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 4‑5+ years of technical or field sales/account management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive working style with a valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IP&E electronic components.
• Technical sales experience in the electronic components industry.
