About the role

CYBEX is looking for a Sales Representative to sell its child‑safety and lifestyle products to B2B retailers and distributors across Turkey. You will manage existing accounts, develop new leads and act as a brand ambassador in the juvenile industry.

Key responsibilities

Sell CYBEX products to B2B retailers & distributors and manage existing accounts.
Identify, research and contact prospective customers, building relationships that generate future sales.
Assess customer needs and provide tailored consultations.
Conduct product trainings for retailers and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Merchandise products and POS according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

Several years of field sales experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
University degree in Business or related field.
Strong Turkish and English language skills, both verbal and written.
High sense of initiative, strong communication skills and a driven, dynamic personality.
Willingness and ability to travel across different regions in Turkey.
